Within the position as Assistant Restaurant Manager your role is to manage the daily operations of Milo. Together with your team you make sure all the guests enjoy an amazing night out at Milo. You will report to the Restaurant Manager. Next to that, you have the Head office who will support you with administration, HR and Sales & Marketing.

No day is the same, except for your own daily start up routine; start the day with a cup of coffee or tea, take a look at the schedule, check the cleanliness of the restaurant etc. Everything to make sure you and your team are ready to shine again!

You make sure to coach and guide your team, you exactly know how to get the best out of each individual. Ofcourse, there are rules and ettiquetes to make sure everything goes well. But next to that you definitely are up for some fun during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Together with the Restaurant Manager and Chef you are responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant (Scheduling, purchasing, recruitment, HR)
• You coach, guide and motivate your team
• You make sure the HACCP rules and other rules & regulations are followed
• You are responsible for the administration, finances and management reports
• You make sure you know what is going on in the restaurant scene of Utrecht

You have;

• 1-2 years of experience working in a Restaurant
• You are available from Wednesday - Sunday (for now)
